Jillian Michaels has endometriosis – read holistic tips for this

The hot topic this past week was that fitness pro Jillian Michaels is leaving The Biggest Loser after the 11th season to start a family. Chicago’s channel 5 news reported she has endometriosis, a condition that affects more than 5.5 million women in the U.S. It was reported that Jillian can’t have children and is planning to adopt.

I have not tried Blessed Thistle, but this might work also. This is not a cure-all alone. Try to balance all of the hormones, but remember that endometriosis is accelerated by estrogen. Anyone with this condition should not go overboard on foods or supplements that promote estrogen in the body. Endometriosis usually declines during the peri-menopausal years and disappears at menopause. –Glenda
